One of my goals this 2011 is to really lose weight but on the second thought I think I'm still not as "fat" as I was before.Although I don't want to have my old body back, I believe I just have to maintain the appetite I have now which actually satisfies my hunger.And to make it healthier I will eat less meat and eat more veggies, exercise daily and as much as possible jog every weekend.

So early this morning, I together with my cousins started the jogging-every-weekend project spearheaded by me.We didn't have plans of where to go.This is actually what also happened a year ago.We went out jogging because two of my girl cousins' JS Prom is coming and I always gain some pounds after the Holidays.This time, three of my girl cousins will have to attend their JS Prom next month and I, again gained some pounds after the Holidays.My sister and a younger boy cousin went with us also and Browny (our dog) also followed.

It was a cold morning for all of us.In fact all of them were wearing jackets except for me.I woke up around 4:30 a.m, and did some stretching while waiting for our other cousins to wake up.We gathered outside the house and around 4:45 we started to jog.For the first five minutes of our jogging, we were actually discussing where to go.This is because we certainly didn't want to let our feet decide where the hell to go.We've learned our lesson already from our last years jogging experience.

Minutes later we've finally decided to go to People's Park.There actually happened to be an argument to whether we should go there or not.It was because I didn't know that the Park is open at 5 a.m. to 8:00 a.m for joggers.I stand corrected by my cousins when we reached the park.Yes! It's wide open but the only gripe we have with the park is that No pets are allowed.And as what I've said Browny came with us.Because of that something really bad happened (But that's another story! ;-) )

The whole duration of our jogging went around 2 hours back and forth.And since we're actually not used to jogging; Here's how it was ( for all of us) especially for moi.




If you've seen or read my jogging post last year, I have actually provided a map so that you will have an idea of how long the journey was.Although, this time's journey went only around 2 hours.For some reasons, I did another another map.

This year's! Yes we simply traced back our steps for very important reason!

Jogging, I say is a cool way to start your day.However if you're a starter just like us don't you ever tend to jog miles and miles away! My jogging experiences are somehow fun - but I always seem to get into trouble every time! ;-)

So this is what I made out of the astounding "AVATAR Opening of The Simpsons".Here, you will see another version of what happened in the video.Because it is only here that Markable(me) is actually part of the opening of the hit TV series.Because of this I was inspired to do unofficial cameos on cartoons and tv shows.lol.

Warning: The comic you are about to read is not actually a comic but a re-imagination.lol.It contains languages not suitable for humans.(I used Na'vi language when they turned into Na'vi's).But don't worry I've had them translated!

Trivia: Eek..doesn't mean anything! Markable is just familiarizing the Na'vi tone..eek!

Translation:           Homer: Ready!                                Markable: Attack!

Homer: Fast!

Since I wasn't able to take good screencaps when Bart jumped down and took a flying sofa! Let's just jump over that and assume that Markable jumped over another and accidentally bumped into one and fell directly into the sofa Bart got and passed out!

This made the whole Simpsons family pissed!

Markable: Sorry, my apologies.

Markable: Here's a gift? Sorry?

Markable: You, die!

Fail! LOL.

I know you are curious on where and how I learned the Na' Vi language so if you really want me to teach you the Na'vi language (kä fɪt͡sɛŋɛ)!

As I was browsing TV channels I chanced upon the opening of "The Simpsons" I'm not sure what episode it was but I got stunned with the twist they had in the opening.Unlike any other Opening of the hit animated tv show "The Simpsons", they parodied this time, AVATAR.

I actually made a comic strip out of these two Markable fellas with the special participation of the characters from The Simpsons! LOL. Check back as soon as this afternoon because I might be able to finish it today.lol!

Yeah, Like really? How do you Outsmart the Threats of Commute in Manila? I've been to the big city a couple of weeks ago for WordCamp and our Institute's Fieldtrip & Seminars.And I must say Manila isn't a safe place to stay.I've heard that a couple of times coming from my Mom,my Dad, my Grandma, my Aunt and even from my cat.lol.And have been hearing that even when I was already in Manila.Even when I call home, they'd always remind me of that over and over again.(Except for my cat -he can't reach the phone.Haha!)

"Sex, Money, Sex, Money, Cat!". (Yeah! just like the restaurant scene from Twilight.lols) (And if you knew me personally, you may know who's on my left from the illustration above.) Which is which? Who says money, who says sex and what is "S"? LOL. You decide! ;-P

Be Aware - Be vigilant.If you see a suspicious looking guy, always eye on them. But sometimes Looks are deceiving so it is best to look the people who are close to you!

I would assume that everybody had been a scouter from way back high school or elementary -so dapat "Laging Handa".

Hmm..you can do this just to let time pass by.Do this when you're bored! lol People, most of the time do this just inside their minds. Yes! I could read minds but if you're brave enough - do it just the way I did(see pic above).

People will be nice at you if you look nice to them too.Even with snatchers or people-who-look-like-snatchers - be nice to them! - (Yeah, I also noticed something went wrong in the illust. but just never mind! I can't edit it anymore [here's why!])

This is probably the best and the most readily-available solution (without making fool of yourself) in order to Outsmart the threats of commute in Manila. You can't choose people who you'd be with while commuting . So it is best to use Pacsafe products since it was built for your own safety and most especially for your properties safety. It's best to invest any of Pacsafe products primarily because Imma goin to be a traveler in the near future. That's why I really, really need it!

It's been awhile since I ate any Chinese Food.Well, forgive me but this food might be common here in our place but I rarely buy this "Chinese-turned-Pinoy-Street-Food" dumpling, we Filipinos call "Siomai".The last time I ate this pinoy street food, was like ages ago.I couldn't even remember how it taste like back then.While the last time I ate Chinese Food was about a couple of weeks ago, on some restaurant somewhere around Metro Manila (Part of our Fieldtrips & Seminars) and also before my flight to Manila (at Chowking).

Anyway, about two days ago a siomai cart passed by our house.And when I heard the "vendor" yelling Siomai (Yeah right! he sounded as if he's yelling on somebody) I was like "Ohhhh.what's that? Siomai?".My Mom together with some of the neighbors surrounded the food cart and bought.I was actually doing something inside the house so I didn't budge going there and all.When Mom entered she said. . .




Then I began thinking.The vendor is now slowly driving the cart away from the house!! And here's what happened next!

Hahaha.It looks like it was my first time to eat this stuff but apparently it wasn't. But it was the first time I let the vendor pour his green, oily, spicy garlic mix on my siomai! Yes, I've tasted that before, it's spicy but not that much like what I presented in the comics above.I'm not exaggerating but it's that HOOOOOT!!

Lesson Learned?

Mom's are influential - Sometimes you're instincts are right.You just don't know why you'd still end up following what they say. O.o

Be sure to weigh in which instinct to follow, your Mom's or yours.But nevermind this because you'll end up following theirs anyway.

Just because it looks good, it tastes good.(Well it does or perhaps it may have tasted good.But it was just so hot!!

Do check if your stomach is empty, and if it is not - then don't take in the unnecessary! LOL

Don't let the street food vendors do the adding of their syrups or what the hell they call it especially when it's not chocolate.They'd assume its yummy because they made it.

What a snack!

Tip: If you ate something spicy and your tongue feels hot, one effective way to cool it down is to drink a glass of milk.Milk is the best remedy.People always assume that the best way is to eat a spoonful of sugar or drink lots of water.But it doesn't help at all.Haha! So I've been quite busy this week.I thought I was going accomplish my "blog at least once a day" challenge here on Markable.me! But obviously, days have passed and yet I wasn't able because as what I've mentioned earlier, I got BUSY.

So this is perhaps, something that would motivate me.*My Markable Plans*.Brace yourselves bloggers (only those whom I know, of course)! because starting today.I will be featuring you on my "comics-which-isn't" posts.This is actually going to be like a children's storybook but nevertheless I'd incorporate the life of bloggers on them.

I was inspired by my classmates to do a fictional story about Blogosphere! That was after publishing the "Pasasalamat kay Gandaeversomuch.com" post when they told me that I should have created a back story instead of a simple thank you image since the concept of seeing Kuya Orman's caricature together with mine is but AWESOME(raw!).That's why two days ago I created a whole convo of "Gandaness" (the frog caricature of Kuya Orman which evolves from time to time depending on his emotion and needs)and "Markable".And below's just a teaser for that!!

How will "Gandaness" look like after the transformation? Abangan. . .

And since there's already a story for that, I want to add more characters.On that note, I just created two caricatures for my blogger friends and sooner, they'll be introduced in the story..

In real life they are actually two of my best blogger buddies.I first met Kevin right on his birthday last year.WTF! Attending a birthday of a complete stranger! Pakapalan lang ng mukha yan.Anyway, as for Richard D. I first met him during the Colt45 Vavavroom press launch at Taste of Malaysia (not really, we were actually introduced inside Kuya Charles' [whynotcoconut.com] car).

So that's it! For Bloggers who doesn't have any blog mascot yet (I might generate one for you but it's unofficial, but it's going to be easy for me if you already have one).Haha! Maybe later I will create a "characters page" and add it on my navigation above.
